wow.. I screwed my 400m race on tues.. didnt have the mood to run, and mentality wasnt there. haix. wad am I thinking??!! but ohh well, its over, and I can do nothing. timing was 73:16 didnt break my pb. just nice reached my pb.. wth. I would at least feel a bit better if i got a 72secs.. I really want to tlk to someone! Elwin, or Nijun. but then again, I am afraid of bothering Elwin over and over again, yet I cant meet nijun that often too. haix. I dunno who I can talk to, who will be able to understand me.

I'm running 4x400m relay next monday, and I'm goin to miss my physics practical, which is impt for SPA. crap. It's not like we'll be able to get into semifinals. can we? zz.. try my best bahh.

One thing is for sure, I'M GOING TO TRAIN EXTRA EXTRA HARD AFTER MYE! I'll improve my 800m timing to 2:34 by next year NATIONALS. I'm NOT going to be the FIRST NON-FINALIST AGAIN.. haix. and yeah, not forgetting my 400m too. try to get 68s bahh. (:
