well, I'm seriously feelin dispirited and upset now..
but what can I do? I don't know how to deal with it. those problems I have, they're just never-ending.. no one seems to care, and oh well, it's normal.. I'm waiting for thursday to come.. parents are goin overseas, and I'm goin to be alone. that's great, yeah.. alone haha.. who knows what'll happen.. high chance that i'll be letting my thoughts run wild..

but yeah, life still goes on. have to move on sooner or later. so shan't brood on this anymore? I'm trying, but it just cant seem to get out of my head. great, it's just great.. getting distracted in class lerhh.

training in yishun today.. I shall strive to be better, but just cant seem to push myself.. I dont know why. have to learn bah.. hoped that by this year i'll be able to join the others in the first group.. I noe i shouldn't be like that, but i just cant learn how to pace myself.. running with the first group would help me to motivate myself.. thanks to eugene, i finally broke 79s in 400m during training.. 76s!! yay.. didnt expect to get that despite my lactic.. haha

i want to improve my mentality by nationals!! haix.. JIAYOUS!!
