today ran the cross country 4.1 km..
skipped lesson haha..

didnt run as well as I thot.. sianzz. stich halfway. or was it stomach cramp? wadever.. It really affected my race.. I cant sprint at the end. sobs!!
almost cmi at the end.. i kept forcing myself forward.. trained my mentality in the process haha.
lucky i nv faint.. zz.
ran until i very tired, den went back school for lesson os cant pay attention.. eyes wanna close le. lol.

ended lesson and went to queensway with jr and pauline!
ate ice-cream at ikea..
den met nijune! haha
